School component

The young people of FEFA also benefit from quality educational support.

The association intervenes in the event of academic failure or
at the request of the member or his parents. Through this follow-up, we aim for the positive success of the young person at school. This begins with the analysis of the reports – therefore, the timely delivery of these reports is necessary and mandatory.
Secondly, when the NPO considers it necessary, school support sessions are planned. They can take several forms:
– Participation in a homework school
– Individualized support meetings
There are two homework schools: one for primary school students (Goujons Street, 63 in 2019/2020) and one for secondary school students (in ARLDV premises). These homework schools are open three times a week: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. They are accessible to our members as well as to ARLDV students. An additional homework school is organized during exams, in other words, three times a year – in December, June and August (for those, unfortunately too numerous, who are preparing second session exams). Individual support is organized on the premises of the association, after a prior interview with the member and the
parents The goal goes beyond simply doing homework and studying lessons, but aims to fill in any gaps or work on a new method of working. Each mode of intervention is proposed in consultation with the parent and the child, within the limits of supervision capacities.

  • Homework school takes place for the year 2019-2020 at 63 rue des goujons
  • The homework school for children in secondary school takes place in the ARLDV.
