The sports component

The FEFA association organizes two training sessions per week from August to the end of May. These sessions allow all children to progress (whatever their basic level) and have fun, beyond technical, tactical and other qualities.

Groups U5 and U6 train indoors (ARLDV gymnasiums) and the others train on the Vercauteren field.

For the 2019/2020 season, FEFA entered 9 teams in the ACFF Brabant regional championship under the RSCA registration number.

The other teams regularly play friendly games or participate in FestiFoot with neighbouring clubs

or participate in tournaments (usually during the winter holidays or in May / June). The association tries to organize outings outside Brussels or even abroad for deserving teams (Germany in 2016, France in 2013 and 2009, among others).

Methodology and pedagogy

One of the fundamental aspects of learning pedagogy is the fun aspect of it which meets a basic need in children.

Likewise, the FEFA wishes to respect the ACFF chart, stating that any child must have a playing time close to at least half of the match time, as this contributes to developing self-confidence and allows them to take their place in the game / within a group.

The staff asks children and families to respect the internal rules and more generally to respect the people and the speaking of each.

On a purely technical level, learning is based on URBSFA standards (please contact sports coordinators Adel Benuamoun or Maxim Debroeyer for more information).
